AVP/VP Client Services

You are an innovative and experienced technology leader with expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) joining an energetic and rapidly growing development team in the role of Associate Vice President Client Services. Your pivotal responsibilities include: - Engaging with clients to understand their business objectives, translating them into actionable technical requirements. - Designing and documenting comprehensive technical solutions tailored to client-specific requirements. - Architecting and implementing scalable, high-performance microservices capable of managing substantial data and traffic loads. - Developing and maintaining high-level and low-level cloud implementation plans, solution architectures, and detailed design documents. - Building and implementing secure, cloud-based solutions using cutting-edge technologies and best practices. - Leading end-to-end project delivery, addressing technical challenges, and ensuring accountability at all development stages. - Managing, mentoring, and guiding development teams to achieve project goals. - Defining, implementing, and enforcing technical best practices to ensure high-quality, efficient processes. - Troubleshooting complex technical issues to enhance system performance and reliability. - Driving initiatives to optimize software development life cycles using DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation. - Defining and driving the long-term technical roadmap for the MEAN stack and related technology solutions. Your Skills, Knowledge, and Experience should include: - 10+ years of software development experience, with expertise in MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. - Strong hands-on experience in microservices architecture, design patterns, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (mandatory). - Proficiency in both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases. - Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Glue, S3, Athena, Data Pipeline, and Lambda is a big plus. - Experience with DevOps tools such as AWS Code Pipeline, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks is a plus. - Experience in industries such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing is a strong advantage. - Proven experience managing teams, delivering projects, and driving technical excellence. - Strong understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. - Demonstrated experience working with US or European clients, showcasing excellent communication and client management skills.
