Job Description Job Title: Medior Manual Tester (Manufacturing/ERP Domain) Work Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid) Experience: 24 Years About the Role We are looking for a detailoriented Medior Manual Tester with experience in Manufacturing or ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of SDLC & STLC, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams. This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities - Perform manual functional, regression, integration, and system testing for ERP or Manufacturing applications. - Understand business requirements and create test scenarios, test cases, and test data accordingly. - Execute tests, identify defects, and work closely with developers and product teams to ensure timely resolutions. - Validate end-to-end workflows within ERP or manufacturing modules. - Document results, prepare test reports, and contribute to overall product quality. - Participate in sprint ceremonies, requirement discussions, and review meetings. - Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices. Qualifications - 24 years of experience in Manual Testing. - Strong domain knowledge in Manufacturing or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, etc.). - Proficiency in writing detailed test cases, test scripts, and defect reports. - Hands-on experience with bug-tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.). - Basic understanding of SQL for data validation (good to have). - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Good to Have - Exposure to API testing basics. - Understanding of automation fundamentals (optional but beneficial). - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
