Site Reliability Engineer

Role Overview: - Knowledge in Linux/Unix Administration - Knowledge in networking - Knowledge of a wide variety of open-source technologies/tools and cloud services - Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service - Participate in on-call rotation - Good English communication skills - Strong background in Linux networking (ip, iptables, ipsec) - Knowledge of working with MySQL - A working understanding of code and script (e.g., Perl/Golang preferred) - Knowledge of automation/configuration management using either saltstack or equivalent - Hands-on experience in private and public cloud environments Key Responsibilities: - Implementation of cloud services on Linux using kvm/qemu - DCOS (mesos & mesos frameworks) - Aerospike (NoSQL) - Perl/Golang - Galera - OpenBSD - Data center-related activities (Rarely needed) Qualifications Required: - 4 to 7 years of experience - Knowledge of the mentioned technologies and tools - Strong communication skills - Experience in Linux/Unix Administration and networking - Proficiency in scripting languages like Perl/Golang - Hands-on experience in private and public cloud environments PhonePe offers a range of benefits to full-time employees, including insurance benefits, wellness programs, parental support, mobility benefits, retirement benefits, and other perks.
