Business Analyst (Block Chain) (Ahmedabad)

Job Description Providing Analytical recommendations to influence our product, marketing, and strategy Design and evaluate product and growth experiments backed by solid hypotheses. Obtain a deep understanding of relevant business area(s) to be able to recommend solutions and build high-quality requirements. Document current processes and models to understand inefficiencies or gaps. Determine the right balance between agile processes and formal documentation Translate conceptual user requirements into transparent, detailed functional requirements. Take notes during important meetings and socialize key takeaways and next steps. Analyse engagement and usage data of our products and services, sharing insights with the broader organization. Participate in daily stand-up meetings, planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives. Monitor key performance metrics and provide helpful insights to improve and grow the business Understand technical options, limitations, costs, and risks. Communicate trade-offs to business partners and work with them to shape requirements accordingly. Review delivery team output to ensure requirements are correctly interpreted; define and execute test cases. Requirements Minimum experience of 3-5 years is required. Candidate should be well versed with writing FRD's and BRD's. Mandatory requirement is to have a candidate with Fintech / Blockchain Domain. Good with Documentation, SRS/FRS, Process flow diagram.
