Development Lead Internal Audit - Vice President

As a Java Lead, you will be responsible for the following: - Partnering with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals and identify necessary system enhancements for deploying new products and process improvements. - Resolving a variety of high-impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards. - Providing expertise in the area and advanced knowledge of applications programming, ensuring that application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint. - Utilizing advanced knowledge of system flow to develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation. - Developing comprehensive knowledge of how different areas of business integrate to accomplish goals. - Providing in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions. - Serving as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary. - Having hands-on skills in creating ETL pipelines using Java, SpringBoot, with knowledge of Starburst and Iceberg. - Designing and developing back end and front end large-scale intranet/internet applications with architectural level knowledge and design patterns in Java and ETL. - Working experience on Reactive programming using RxJs, experience with SCMs like GIT, tools like JIRA, Agile/Scrum methodology, and Jenkins will be advantageous. - Experience in MongoDB/Oracle databases is an added advantage. - Strong systems analysis, design, and architecture fundamentals, Unit Testing, and other SDLC activities. - Demonstrating strong communication skills to effectively communicate with business and other stakeholders. Qualifications: - 12+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development. - Experience in managing and implementing successful projects. - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development. - Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate. - Demonstrated leadership and project management skills will be an added advantage. - Consistently demonstrating clear and concise written and verbal communication.
