ITOPS Lead - Analytics

You are passionate about IT and experienced in software development techniques, operations management, and data analysis. You are convinced of the business value of digitalization in the ERP Logistics domain. Key Responsibilities: - Manage applications effectively throughout their lifecycle, ensuring business continuity and compliance with regulations. - Ensure that applications work according to specifications, manage complexity, align with business needs, and understand their impact on users and processes. - Maintain Analytics Applications in operational condition in line with OLA/SLAs. - Define service and product lines descriptions, SLA, OLA contracts, and KPIs in agreement with the product manager. - Monitor, report, and manage SLA fulfillment, taking actions for mitigation in case of non-fulfillment. - Perform ITIL-based support processes including incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management. - Lead application team, manage stakeholders, and provide expertise support for application/service performance. Qualifications & Experience: - Graduate with 8-10 years of experience in Native HANA Development. - Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development and SAP ABAP development. - Proficiency in SAP Native HANA, SAP ABAP/UI5, code versioning, performance monitoring, HANA Objects, data visualization, and other analytics tools. - Expertise in data compliance, export control, DevOps, security, sustainable IT, and architecture standards. - Basic knowledge of standalone applications/services tech stack, budget acquisition, business processes, and IT & Business Strategy.
