Product Management - Trainee (Manauli)

We're looking for a curious and analytical Product Intern who is passionate about solving real -world problems and building products that users love. As a Product Intern, you'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and Business teams to help shape product strategy, define features, and deliver impactful user experiences. This internship offers hands -on exposure to the complete product lifecycle, from research and ideation to execution and analysis. Selected intern's day -to -day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements. 2. Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify opportunities. 3. Support product planning, feature prioritisation, and roadmap discussions. 4. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, and Business teams to ensure timely execution of product initiatives. 5. Analyse user feedback, product metrics, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities. 6. Prepare product requirement documents (PRDs), presentations, reports, and other product documentation. 7. Participate in product testing and feature validation before releases. 8. Support product launches and monitor feature performance post -release. Requirements 1. Final -year students or recent graduates from any discipline. 2. Strong analytical and problem -solving skills. 3. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 4. Passion for Product Management, technology, and user -centric thinking. 5. Ability to work in a fast -paced, cross -functional workplace. 6. Self -motivated, detail -oriented, and eager to learn. .
