Job Title: Senior Performance/Load testing SDET Location: Pune, India Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in QA automation with at least 3 years in a performance testing role. Strong hands -on experience with performance/load testing tools is required. Proven experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks for web and API testing. Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud -based test execution environments. Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively across time zones and teams. Experience in triaging production issues and driving cross -functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement end -to -end performance testing strategies, including load, stress, soak, spike, volume, and concurrency testing. Develop robust performance scripts using tools such as k6, JMeter, Gatling, Locust, LoadRunner or equivalent. Define performance KPIs (latency, throughput, error rates, CPU/memory utilization, SLAs) Create realistic workload models based on production traffic patterns and usage analytics. Build scalable automated performance test suites integrated with CI/CD. Collaborate closely with onsite engineering teams and understand the load testing requirements C come up with performance testing strategies. Monitor performance automation results, identify regressions early, and coordinate and engineering and QA teams to resolve issues promptly. Participate in production incident triage from QA standpoint jump on calls as needed, lead automation -related root cause analysis, and ensure follow up actions are taken (Adding the automation for bug).
