About the role
Experience: 5+ Years Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled BAW QA Engineer to join our Quality Engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for validating Business Automation Workflow (BAW) applications through comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring high-quality delivery across all phases of the software lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Perform functional testing (manual and automation) for BAW applications. Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements. Conduct end-to-end (E2E) regression testing to ensure system stability. Execute testing across all phases including SIT, UAT, and Regression cycles. Identify, log, track, and manage defects using defect tracking tools. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues. Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test plans, reports, and traceability matrices. Support automation initiatives using relevant QA tools and frameworks. Ensure timely reporting of testing status, risks, and quality metrics. Required Skills & Qualifications: Hands-on experience in BAW (Business Automation Workflow) or similar BPM tools. Robust understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes. Experience in manual and automation testing. Knowledge of end-to-end workflow testing and integration testing. Familiarity with defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM). Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Positive communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with test automation tools (Selenium or similar). Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
