About the role
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs. - Conduct user research, user testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas. - Design and iterate on user interfaces based on feedback and usability testing. - Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX/UI design. - Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus. Contract Details: - Position: UX Designer (Contract) - Duration: 9-12 months - Location: Bengaluru - Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and skills.
