Job Description - Experience - 8+ years - Job Location Noida - Work Mode Work from office - On Site travel Yes - Designation - Senior Analyst We are looking for Senior System Administrator(s) with experience range between 8+ years, with a solid technical background into Windows Server Administration, Active Directory Administration and server hardware administration, Exchange, and ability to communicate well in both verbal and written form. The primary responsibility is to support existing windows infrastructure on 24x7 basis for a set of customers. Skills/Responsibilities/Technical Requirement Windows / Active Directory /Azure/ Exchange / O365 / VMware / Hyper-V - Windows / Active Directory should be experienced in implementing, operating, tuning and troubleshooting enterprise Windows Active Directory Enterprise Solutions. - Active Directory replication and performance Skills - Experience in Active Directory Disaster Recovery - Security and Administration (Auditing) of the windows environment. - Working knowledge of Windows performance & memory troubleshooting - Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks - Technical Support Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 OS, Windows Cluster servers, VMware - Working on escalated Tickets in L2 and L3 level - Experience in Networking upto L2 level. - Experience handling firewalls. - Participating in Troubleshooting of Major priority incidents - Creation of SOPs for routine activities, repeated incidents and conducting sessions to L2/ L3 Teams - Planning for AD related changes, execution and Preparing RCA for AD related outages - Knowledge of data storage protocols including CIFS, FC, FCoE, iSCSI, and NFS a plus. - Working experience in SD tools i.e. remedy, ServiceNow - Working knowledge of OS Imaging through SCCM. - Knowledge of Linux server is valuable to have Experience - Advanced working knowledge and experience with Windows and Virtualization (L2+ supp .
