SuccessFactors EC Time Tracking & Benefits Consultant

Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Tracking & Benefits Consultant Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full time Notice Period: Immediate Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central (EC) , Time Tracking , and Benefits modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and support of SuccessFactors solutions, particularly in time and benefits-related processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors EC Time Tracking and Benefits modules. Gather business requirements, prepare solution designs, and configure SF modules accordingly. Configure time recording profiles, time types, time accounts, time valuation rules, accruals, and calendars. Design and implement Benefit plans including eligibility rules, enrollment windows, and claim processes. Integrate EC Time Tracking with Payroll and other modules (if required). Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and enhancements. Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. Support data migration, testing (SIT, UAT), and end-user training.

Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least: 2+ implementations in EC Time Tracking 1+ implementation or support experience in Benefits

Strong functional knowledge of Employee Central core concepts. Proficient in Time Management configurations – Time Off, Time Sheet, Time Valuations, Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars, etc. Hands-on experience with Benefit Enrollment , Plan Configuration, and Benefit Integration. Ability to document business requirements and translate them into system configurations. Strong understanding of SF best practices, business rules, workflows, and permissions (RBP). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills. SuccessFactors certifications in EC and Time/Benefits preferred.
