Back to Jobs Senior Developer/Tech Lead Python AI Native Engineers Experience : 8-10 Years Project Location(s) : Remote/ Hybrid Mode of hiring Permanent Client interview No Job Summary We are looking for experienced, Tech Lead level engineers who can operate at the intersection of robust software engineering fundamentals and AI-native development practices. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments and are comfortable leveraging AI to accelerate and transform the software development lifecycle. You will play a critical role in anchoring early-stage delivery, defining engineering standards, and scaling AI-native capabilities across teams using a Spec-Driven Development (SDD) approach. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery of products using AI-native and SDD-based development models - Translate product requirements into structured specifications that drive automated and AI-assisted implementation - Establish and evangelize engineering best practices , including spec-driven workflows, automation-first design, and AI-assisted coding - Act as a multiplier for team productivity by introducing scalable development patterns and tooling - Drive rapid iteration cycles while maintaining high quality and system reliability - Mentor engineers in adopting AI-assisted development workflows and modern engineering practices - Collaborate closely with product, design, and business stakeholders in high-ambiguity environments Required Experience & Skills - 8+ years of strong software engineering experience, with recent exposure to Tech Lead or equivalent responsibilities - Hands-on experience working in AI-native development environments (e.g., using AI copilots, code generation, or LLM-powered workflows) - Proven ability to work with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) or structured execution models - Deep understanding of system design, architecture, and scalable engineering practices - Experience in automation-first engineeri .
