Python Backend Developer (FastAPI/Flask) Location: Hyderabd Experience: 4–12 years] Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Python Backend Developer to design and build scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with FastAPI or Flask, solid database skills, and exposure to big data technologies. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Python Build and optimize microservices architecture for scalability and performance Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code using PyTest/UnitTest Work with PostgreSQL and other SQL databases for data modeling and query optimization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate big data pipelines (PySpark, Hadoop, Elasticsearch) Participate in code reviews, follow SDLC best practices, and maintain code quality using Git Contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup and deployment processes Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance Required Skills Programming: Strong hands-on experience with Python Frameworks: FastAPI or Flask (Django is a plus) Database: SQL / PostgreSQL — schema design, query optimization API Development: Proven experience building REST APIs and backend services Architecture: Experience with microservices and scalable backend design Version Control & Practices: Strong understanding of Git, code reviews, and SDLC Good to Have Exposure to AWS and CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of GraphQL Experience with Django
