The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology by translating complex business requirements into scalable digital solutions, while enabling AI-driven software delivery. The candidate should possess strong Life Sciences domain knowledge, experience in enterprise application development, AI/ML awareness, and expertise in Agile product delivery. Role and responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, design thinking exercises, and process mapping with business and technology teams. Translate business requirements into Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, process flows, and functional specifications. Support AI-PDLC adoption by identifying opportunities to leverage AI for requirement analysis, documentation, process optimization, and business decision-making. Partner with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA, Data Engineers, and AI/ML teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Define business rules, process improvements, and solution recommendations aligned with client objectives. Support backlog prioritization, sprint planning, UAT, change management, and release readiness. Ensure requirements traceability and compliance with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, GDPR, and CSV principles. Prepare executive presentations, business cases, and stakeholder communications.
