Skillset - .Net Core + AWS + Agentic AI + Angular Gurgaon 1-10 PM Shift Immediate - 15 Days Joiner 4 Days Working from Office Role Description: As a Senior Technical Lead - Fullstack - .Net at Incedo, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using Microsoft .Net technology stack. You will work with a team of developers and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, as well as troubleshooting and fixing issues. Roles & Responsibilities: • Writing high quality code, participating in code reviews, designing systems of varying complexity and scope, and creating high quality documents substantiating the architecture. • Engaging with clients, understanding their technical requirements, planning and liaising with other team members to develop technical design & approach to deliver end-to-end solutions. • Mentor & guide junior team members, review their code, establish quality gates, build & deploy code using CI/CD pipelines, apply secure coding practices, adopt unit-testing frameworks, provide better coverage, etc. • Responsible for teams growth. • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork. • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best. Skills Requirements: Experience in both front-end and back-end development using Microsoft .Net technologies Proficiency in C# programming language and .Net frameworks such as ASP.Net and .Net Core Proficiency in AWS Services Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular Knowledge of back-end technologies such as databases, APIs, and server-side frameworks like Entity Framework Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to help employees grow and develop professionally and focus on Career Management. Qualifications/Experience 6 12 years of overall experience with a strong foundation in software engineering Bachelors or masters degree in engineering / Computer science / MCA Demonstrated progression from engineering roles into program or delivery leadership positions
