Oracle Fusion Sr. Engineer

About the Role Join our growing Oracle Cloud team supporting enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives. As a Oracle Fusion Sr. Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) applications and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions. You'll play a key role in building scalable integrations, modernizing Oracle Fusion applications through Redwood UI, and delivering innovative cloud solutions that support critical business operations. Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore (Candidates currently residing in either location are encouraged to apply.) Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based applications and integrations using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Develop modern front-end applications and Oracle Fusion Redwood customizations using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS). Design and implement scalable integration solutions connecting Oracle Fusion Cloud with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs. Drive Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) best practices, architecture, and integration standards across business-critical systems. Develop and configure OIC connections, orchestrations, scheduled integrations, lookup tables, workflows, APIs, and data mappings. Build and consume BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI reports, BICC extracts, and ORDS APIs for enterprise integrations. Develop FBDI-based data conversion solutions and support Oracle Fusion data migration activities. Configure Oracle Fusion Redwood UI pages and support personalization deployments across production and non-production environments. Review existing Oracle Fusion customizations using Page Composer and Application Composer and support migration to Redwood. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration flows while performing root cause analysis to ensure high availability and performance. Collaborate with functional leads, business users, architects, SMEs, and quality teams to deliver scalable Oracle Cloud solutions. Ensure compliance with security standards, software engineering best practices, and integration governance. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, onboarding support, and knowledge sharing across the engineering team. Stay current with Oracle Cloud technologies and recommend continuous improvements and leading practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in Engineering, IT, and/or Web Application Development. Strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, orchestrations, workflows, and connections. Proven expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle SaaS Architecture, and Oracle ERP solutions. Strong experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS) Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Oracle Fusion Cloud Oracle ERP Oracle APEX Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) SQL & PL/SQL BI Publisher (BIP) Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) BICC Extracts FBDI ORDS APIs Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP web services, API management, event-driven integrations, data mapping, and scalable integration architecture. Experience developing Oracle Fusion Redwood customizations using Visual Builder Studio. Experience configuring Redwood UI pages and supporting Oracle Fusion Redwood implementations. Experience reviewing existing Oracle Fusion customizations using Page Composer and Application Composer for Redwood migration. Experience delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion integrations supporting Redwood break-fix activities and API-based solutions. Experience configuring Oracle Fusion setups and deploying personalizations across production and non-production environments. Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) resources. Experience troubleshooting complex integration issues and performing root cause analysis. Strong understanding of cloud integration architecture, security standards, compliance, and enterprise best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional Agile teams.
