About the role
Lead the development of user-centric front-end applications using React, Next.js, and ShadCN. Architect and design scalable front-end solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Integrate front-end components with Supabase backend services effectively. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Set coding standards and ensure adherence to best practices within the front-end team. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to accurately implement design specifications. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure IGG remains at the forefront of innovation. Identify and resolve complex technical issues and debug applications as needed. Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes regarding technology and product development. Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of professional front-end development experience. 2+ years in a lead role within a front-end team. Technical Skills: Proficiency in React.js and Next.js with a strong understanding of their ecosystems. Experience with ShadCN or similar component libraries. Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Familiarity with Supabase or similar backend-as-a-service platforms. Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX). Proficient with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web standards. Experience with version control systems like Git and collaborative workflows. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers. Experience in code reviews , setting coding standards, and enforcing best practices. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams. High level of accountability and a passion for delivering high-quality products. Nice to Have: Experience with TypeScript in large-scale projects. Knowledge of server-side rendering and static site generation . Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest , Mocha , or Enzyme . Understanding of web accessibility standards and security best practices. Experience with continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
