Founding Product Engineer

As a Founding Product Engineer, you'll sit at the convergence of design, engineering, and AI orchestration, translating intelligence into experience. Responsibilities: - Architect and ship high-fidelity UI systems for AI-powered workflows. - Build visual + functional frameworks that help users see how agents think. - Collaborate with AI engineers and system designers to bridge data, design, and decisions. - Own the frontend codebase from component library to API integration. - Experiment with agent interfaces, eval dashboards, and knowledge visualisations. Requirements: - Design: Strong visual hierarchy, motion design, typography, and UX flows (Figma, Framer Motion, Lottie). - Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, D3.js for data visualisations. - Backend/Systems: Node.js, Python (FastAPI preferred), and REST/GraphQL integrations. - Bonus: LangChain, OpenAI API, or agent frameworks; design systems for data-heavy products.
