Desktop Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibility Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related issues, including hardware and software problems. Provide technical support and assistance to employees with desktop-related queries. Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and other computer systems. Conduct regular maintenance and updates of desktop systems to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues. Develop and implement procedures for desktop support and maintenance. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems, including Windows and macOS. Experience with desktop hardware, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide technical support to non-technical staff. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Familiarity with helpdesk software and ticketing systems is an advantage.
