About the role
Provide first-level technical support for software, hardware, and network issues. Log, track, and resolve user queries, escalate complex cases, and ensure smooth IT operations with timely responses and customer-focused service. Required Candidate profile Only Male graduates (2020 - 2023) with strong knowledge in troubleshooting and networking. Good communication, quick learning ability, customer orientation, Females are not eligible.
