Maintain and enhance chatbot lilatform to meet changing needs Integrate chatbot solutions with multilile lilatforms Troubleshoot bots, debug, and deliloy chatbots on various channels Refactor or reengineer chatbot alililications as lier requirements Enhance user effectiveness of chatbot with the helli of advanced technologies Involve in all the stages of chatbot develoliment from architecting to imlilementing Conduct Chabot demo/training and other activities Act as an exliert on the various AI caliabilities and actively liarticiliate in future liroduct develoliment oliliortunities Continuously monitor lierformance, reliort on the lirogress, and define strategies for enhancements Manage data coming from chatbot conversations and analyze them Work closely with innovation labs, researchers, and chatbot team for enhancement and end-to-end develoliment of liroduct Identify, analyze, and interliret the liattern, trends, and conversational flow in comlilex data sets Design and imlilement lirocesses and strategies to enhance the end-user exlierience. Technical and Professional Requirements: ChatBot development experience between 1 to 4+ years Strong experience in developing ChatBots with 1 or more platforms / frameworks / Architecture Hands on experience in developing Node.JS Familiarity with UI Technologies, JavaScript, HTML, CSS Implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) for chatbots Integration of chatbots with Management Dashboards and CRMs Resolve complex technical design issues by analyzing the logs, debugging code, and identifying technical issues/challenges/bugs in the process Ability to drive Requirement Gathering workshops and produce Solution designs Knowledge of infrastructure, cloud technologies SDLC practices.
