The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PHP, Laravel, React.js, MySQL, MongoDB, and REST API development, along with experience in developing ERP, HRMS, or Payroll Management Systems. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable and secure software solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain ERP & Payroll Management applications. Build scalable web applications using PHP and Laravel. Develop interactive user interfaces using React.js. Design and optimize MySQL and MongoDB databases. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability. Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues. Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, and UI/UX teams. Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices. Required Skills Strong knowledge of PHP Hands-on experience with Laravel Framework Good experience in React.js MySQL and MongoDB REST API Development & Integration Git Version Control AWS Services (EC2, RDS, S3) HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Preferred Experience Candidates having experience in any of the following will be preferred: ERP Development HRMS Applications Payroll Management Systems Attendance & Leave Management PF, ESIC, TDS & Statutory Compliance Performance Optimization Secure Application Development Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
