India Health Action Trust was instituted in 2003 with a vision to meaningfully impact the lives of vulnerable and marginalised people by addressing health and social inequities. The Trust is working towards reducing inequities by developing comprehensive and sustainable programmes to improve population health. Since its inception, IHAT has working closely with the Government of India and state governments, including Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Delhi and Bihar to achieve public health goals. Our work is focused in areas of prevention and control of HIV and Tuberculosis, in achieving significant improvements in Reproductive, Maternal, Neonatal and Child Health, improved Nutrition among mothers and children, and strengthening health systems. We use program science to optimise and scale public health programs while partnering with the governments and communities. Under TB program Initiative, IHAT has developed both mobile and web based pharmacy application in co-ordination with Food Safety and Drug Administration Department (FSDA), National Health Mission and State TB Cell UP. The primary objective of this position is to ensure effective implementation of the digital app in the field and drive its adoption among target users, ensuring the technology enhances operational efficiency and data quality. About Program: Reporting to: Specialist-Public Private Partnership Travel Requirements: 60% travel is expected with the District Job Summary : The Field Officer will play vital role in taking forward the implementation of Pharmacy Application in the assigned district in-coordination with private chemists, stockist and C F agents. Key Responsibilities: Application Roll-out Coordinate the installation and activation of the app on users devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops etc.). Monitor and ensure that the app is fully functional and integrates with existing systems, where applicable 2. User Training and Support Conduct in-person training sessions for end-users on how to use the app Provide on-the-ground troubleshooting and technical support to address challenges faced by Engage with local stakeholders to promote app adoption and gather Organize regular user feedback sessions to assess the app s performance and identify areas for improvement. Report bugs, suggest improvements, and request necessary upgrades to the technical Create communication campaigns, WhatsApp groups, and community meetings to increase awareness and uptake of the app. 3. Key Deliverables Full deployment of the app across the assigned field Successful training of all relevant users within [wholesaler, retailers and CF]. Weekly and monthly reports on user adoption, engagement, and Continuous technical support to users, ensuring minimal Increased app adoption rate, as measured by user 4. Any other responsibilities assigned by the management Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in project implementation, preferably in digital health or technology projects. Tech savvy individual with proven track record of successfully deploying and supporting digital tools in the field. Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with diverse user Ability to troubleshoot technical issues Excellent communication and training skills. Education: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Public Health, or related Key Competencies: Technical Expertise Basic Knowledge of TB and any experience associated with this Communication Skills and Other Requirement Good communication and networking skills Tech savy working knowledge of use of Application on the Mobile Must have Two wheeler and Android Mobile.
