Tool Room Engineer

As an experienced Tool Room Engineer/Technician specialized in Sheet Metal Dies and Forging Dies for a manufacturing unit in Sahibabad, your role will involve the maintenance, repair, assembly, and troubleshooting of dies to ensure smooth production operations. This is a strict Day Shift position with fixed working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Key Responsibilities: - Regular preventive maintenance and repair of Sheet Metal Dies (Progressive, Compound, Draw) and Forging Dies. - Identify and fix tooling/die defects on the production line to minimize downtime. - Assemble and fit new tool and die components accurately according to engineering drawings. Qualification & Experience: - ITI in Tool & Die Maker/Machinist OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. - 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in sheet metal or forging tool rooms.
