Work you'll do: Lead end-to-end engagement delivery and act as the primary liaison between Cady stakeholders and technical teams.Define modernization roadmaps, architectural decisions, and governance practices across domains.Lead stakeholder workshops on cost optimization, scalability, and security.Oversee solution design, risk management, and governance.Drive innovation and best practices in architecture.Ensure alignment of workflow automation, CI/CD, DevOps, and security practices with business goals.Ensure architecture aligns with AWS best practices (Well-Architected Framework).Oversee adoption of AWS Managed Kafka, ECS Fargate, RDS PostgreSQL. Roles & responsibilities: 5+ years experience working as a lead or senior roles Proven experience in legacy app modernization. Strong expertise in enterprise architecture (data/apps/cloud).Experience in stakeholder management and pre-sales.Deep experience in the AWS ecosystem (IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, RDS, Secrets Manager).Knowledge of Camunda for BPM/workflow modeling and AWS API Gateway for service architecture.Familiar with CI/CD using GitHub Actions, SonarQube for code quality, and modern observability tools like Prometheus/Grafana. .
