Key Responsibilities Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture Design integrations and data models Ensure scalability, security and performance Lead solution design across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM Provide architectural governance and standards Support complex solutioning and pre-sales Skills & Experience Strong architecture experience in ServiceNow platform Expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Integration architecture Experience with enterprise integrations and custom apps Knowledge of SecOps, ITAM and platform capabilities
