Management Trainee - IT

We are looking for dynamic, analytical, and technology-oriented graduates to join our Information Technology team as Management Trainees. This role provides an opportunity to work on business analysis, digital transformation initiatives, enterprise applications, system integrations, and process improvement projects across the organization. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in understanding business requirements, developing technology solutions, supporting application integrations, and driving operational excellence. Role & responsibilities ECollaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation. Gather, interpret, and analyze data to support business decision-making. Prepare business requirement documents, process maps, and solution proposals. Assist in testing, validation, and deployment of new systems and enhancements. Support digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for stakeholders. Support the design and implementation of application and system integration solutions. Assist in developing and maintaining APIs and interfaces between enterprise applications. Work closely with IT teams and business users to understand integration requirements. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration-related issues. Support data migration and application enhancement projects. Maintain process and technical documentation related to integrations. Ensure adherence to data security, privacy, and governance standards. Provide user support and assist in user training whenever required. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline Consistent academic performance throughout the course. Desired Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good understanding of business processes and technology applications. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Strong documentation and presentation skills. Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system integration concepts. Exposure to SQL, Power BI, ERP systems, or process modelling tools will be an added advantage. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
