Position : Draftsman Qualification : Diploma or ITI Relevant Industry : Control Valve, Pump, Pressure vessels, Boiler, Turbo Machinery Piping skids. (Experience in project-based industry is preferred). Experience Required : 2 3 years Location : Alandi Factory, Pune Employment Type : Permanent Job Description 1) Prepare detailed engineering drawings (Assembly, Part Drawings, GA drawings for customer approval) using AutoCAD SolidWorks. 2) Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and maintain drawing revisions in accordance with document control procedures. 3) Provide appropriate tolerances considering application GDT. 4) Drawing and BOM Revision and record 5) Prepare and record Design Change Request 6) Maintain drawing database and documentation 7) Prepare send drawings for IBR approval. Required Skill Set 1) CAD software s certification is must in AutoCAD SolidWorks. 2) Ability to apply GDT and appropriate tolerances considering manufacturing feasibility, fitment, and valve performance. 3) Familiarity with machining processes, casting, fabrication, and assembly requirements for valve components. 4) Ability to maintain drawing database, revision history, and documentation as per company procedures. 5) Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR) requirements and preparation/submission of drawings for approval.
