We are seeking detail-oriented and experienced professionals for Associate Operations. Immediate Joiners Preferred Apply: Click Here Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) Experience: 3 to 5 Years In this role, you'll: Validate and reproduce production issues across Mobile (iOS/Android) and Web platforms Investigate bugs to identify root causes and eliminate duplicate reports Prioritize defects based on business impact, severity, and customer experience Route issues to the right engineering teams and drive them through resolution Verify fixes after deployment and ensure successful closure Analyze recurring and auto-resolved bugs to improve product quality and reduce technical debt Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and QA teams to streamline the triage process What makes you a great fit 3 to 5 years of experience in Bug Triage, QA, Technical Support, or Production Operations or Incident Management. Hands-on experience validating and reproducing production issues across Web and Mobile applications Strong analytical, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize defects based on business impact and technical severity Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira, service now, Zendesk or similar tools.
