As a Product Manager at IndoFast Energy, your primary responsibility will be to lead the API platform by setting standards, driving adoption, and ensuring its reliability and scalability. Your role will involve defining the product strategy for internal and partner-facing APIs, designing integration patterns, owning the inventory and warehouse API layer, establishing API governance, bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring reliability and observability, and managing partner and third-party integrations. Key Responsibilities: - Define the roadmap for IndoFast's APIs including versioning, deprecation policy, rate limiting, SLA tiers, and developer experience. - Architect integration patterns between ERP, WMS, swap-station telemetry, CRM, and mobile apps using REST/GraphQL APIs and middleware. - Own the product definition for APIs related to real-time stock visibility, inward/outward flows, bin management, inventory tracking, and reconciliation. - Establish and enforce API design standards, conduct design reviews, and maintain a central API catalogue. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications, review PRDs with engineering, and ensure compliance. - Define SLAs, work on alerting, logging, and incident response for production API failures. - Manage API onboarding for logistics partners, OEM data feeds, e-invoicing systems, payment gateways, and upstream systems. Qualifications Required: - 58 years of experience in product management, technical program management, or backend engineering, with at least 3 years in an API-facing or integration-heavy role. - Experience with REST APIs, OpenAPI specs, HTTP semantics, and backend concepts like microservices, message queues, and database transactions. - Prior backend development experience in Java, Python, Node.js, or similar languages. - Knowledge of inventory management or warehouse operations including stock movements, bin tracking, GRN, pick-pack-ship processes, and WMS platforms. - Experience in writing detailed API specifications, integration runbooks, or technical PRDs. - Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman and API gateway products.
