Applications Developer II – SharePoint & Power Platform Specialist Location: Broomfield, CO | 12+ Month Contract | Standard Schedule
[About the Role] Join Indotronix as an Applications Developer II and become a vital part of our solutions-driven team supporting program management and business operations. You will lead the design, development, and enhancement of SharePoint Online platforms and Microsoft Power Platform tools, delivering robust workflow automation and application support. [Responsibilities]
- Develop, enhance, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and custom UI elements.
- Design and build Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and create automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Migrate, recreate, or enhance workflows from legacy Nintex environments.
- Implement SPFx solutions with React and TypeScript as needed to customize and extend SharePoint functionality.
- Support application deployments, migrations, and post-launch stabilization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with apps and automated workflows, ensuring optimal performance.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user training material.
- Collaborate with technical leads, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
[Required Skills and Experience]
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online administration and development.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience (Master’s degree may substitute for experience).
[Preferred Skills]
- Experience migrating workflows from Nintex environments.
- Knowledge of SaaS, cloud computing, Gov Cloud, and databases.
- Experience with Power BI and data visualization.
- Familiarity with JSON, HTML, CSS, React, and TypeScript.
- Exposure to Dataverse, Azure Functions, Logic Apps.
- Background in aerospace, defense, or regulated industries.
