Location: Columbus, Ohio (100% Remote Option Available) Job Type: Contract to Hire

About the Role

Join Huntington Bank’s IT Corporate Finance Reporting team as a Lead OFSAA Developer and play a pivotal role in transforming our financial analytics and regulatory reporting landscape. As a subject matter expert, you’ll lead the configuration, development, and enhancement of the OFSAA suite, supporting critical profitability, scale readiness, and compliance initiatives. This is a high-impact opportunity to drive process improvements and collaborate closely with both IT and finance teams within a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, patch, upgrade, and customize OFSAA modules (OFSAAI, OFSALM, OFSFTP, OFSPFT, OFSADIH, OFSDF)

• Design and develop data mapping between staging, reporting, EDW, and OFSAA, including Table-to-Table (T2T) transformations

• Provide technical leadership and consultative support on complex application development and system issues

• Collaborate with finance teams to evaluate business requirements and deliver enhancements that optimize financial and risk reporting processes

• Perform ongoing maintenance of OFSAA applications, ensuring strict adherence to IT SDLC processes and documentation standards

• Troubleshoot, monitor, and tune application performance to ensure reliability and scalability

• Support additional Data Warehouse initiatives as needed to drive business value

• Required Skills and Experience

• 3-5 years direct experience with OFSAA 8.1.0 and 8.1.2, including patching and performance tuning

• Proficiency in Erwin Data Modelling

• Strong ETL and PL/SQL programming background

• Hands-on experience with SQL Developer and Toad

• Basic Unix/Linux scripting capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree

• 5+ years in Data Warehouse environments and application development

• Preferred Skills

• Financial services or banking industry experience (5+ years)

• Familiarity with merging models from multiple OFSAA instances

• Experience with Zena Enterprise Job Scheduling

• In-depth understanding of bank terminology and financial statements

• Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and analytical abilities

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
