Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications and user interfaces using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS

• Assist in designing and implementing AI-powered chatbot solutions leveraging Python, LangChain, and OpenAI GPT APIs

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients, ensuring prompt issue resolution and exceptional customer satisfaction

• Manage service tickets via ServiceNow, Remedy, and Track-It! while maintaining SLA compliance and accurate documentation

• Support user account administration, onboarding, and offboarding using Active Directory

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver innovative software solutions in agile environments

• Analyze SQL databases and evaluate system performance using MySQL and distributed query engines

• Contribute to UI/UX enhancements to improve usability, accessibility, and overall customer experience

• Participate in application testing, debugging, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Utilize AWS, Docker, Git, GitHub, and Bitbucket for deployments, version control, and development workflows

• Create dashboards, reports, and technical documentation to maintain process consistency and operational efficiency

• Required Skills and Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in software engineering

• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS

• Experience with AI/ML technologies, especially OpenAI APIs and chatbot development

• Solid background in SQL database analysis and MySQL

• Familiarity with cloud and DevOps tools: AWS, Docker, Git, GitHub, Bitbucket

• Experience providing technical support and working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Track-It!

• Strong analytical, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities

• Experience supporting Active Directory administration

• Preferred Skills

• Experience in Python and LangChain

• Exposure to distributed query engines

• Involvement in UI/UX improvement projects

• Agile methodology experience
