Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of complex, full stack solutions from planning to deployment

• Analyze, design, and develop scalable applications based on user specifications

• Guide and support team members in solving challenging software and system issues

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define best practices and technical standards

• Provide consultative support and technical guidance to both internal teams and stakeholders

• Stay current on industry trends and implement relevant technologies

• Assist in identifying training needs and mentor less experienced staff

• Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of strong Java development experience

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Angular

• 2+ years with React

• 5+ years working with SQL and relational databases

• 2+ years with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or any major cloud service provider

• Solid experience building and integrating RESTful APIs

• Proven success leading technical teams and delivering enterprise solutions

• Preferred Skills

• Experience with multiple cloud platforms or advanced GCP features

• Familiarity with both Angular and React in production environments

• Prior experience training or mentoring developers
