Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust .NET applications within AWS environments

• Design, prototype, and iterate AI-driven features, including chatbots and agentic AI solutions using AWS Bedrock

• Develop and integrate LLM-based objects, agents, and knowledge bases, ensuring seamless model invocation and orchestration

• Architect and implement conversation flows, secure API integrations, and tool/function calling for chatbot experiences

• Deliver production-quality code with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and maintainable architecture

• Evaluate and select appropriate LLM models for performance, cost, security, and compliance

• Set up and maintain LLMOps workflows: deployment, monitoring, prompt versioning, cost tracking, and incident response

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into realistic GenAI solutions

• Establish patterns for prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel), and evaluation-driven development

• Mentor peers through code reviews, design sessions, and documentation of GenAI engineering standards

• Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years in software engineering, building and shipping production-grade applications

• Strong development expertise in .NET (C#) and hands-on AWS experience, especially with Bedrock

• Solid understanding of LLMs, chatbot frameworks, and agentic AI patterns

• Comfortable with Python for AI/ML workflows alongside .NET

• Strong grasp of API design, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and secure system integrations

• Experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, OpenSearch)

• Excellent communicator, able to explain technical concepts to a diverse audience

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, CIS, MIS, or a related field

• Preferred Skills

• Exposure to prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks, and evaluation frameworks

• Experience supporting compliance initiatives (HIPAA, GDPR) in enterprise environments

• Familiarity with incident response and advanced LLMOps practices
