Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud

• Develop robust applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Build and maintain integrations with MuleSoft and APIs for seamless data flow

• Implement OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, and DataRaptors

• Develop intelligent automation and call center support capabilities through Agentforce

• Integrate with CI/CD pipelines and participate actively in code reviews

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers

• Support broker and direct-to-consumer portals within Salesforce

• Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

• Proven ability to design enterprise-scale distributed systems and integration architectures with MuleSoft or similar platforms

• Advanced proficiency with Sales Cloud, Data Cloud/Data360, OmniStudio, Apex, LWC, and MuleSoft

• Preferred Skills

• Experience with Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud

• Familiarity with AgentForce

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, OmniStudio Developer, Integration Architect)

• Background in healthcare or other regulated environments

• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms
