[About the Role] Join a dynamic team as a Quadient Developer, specializing in document composition and workflow automation using Quadient Inspire. Based in Farmington Hills, MI (hybrid schedule), you will play a pivotal role in modernizing and optimizing critical document generation processes for enterprise clients. [Responsibilities]

• Design, develop, test, and implement robust document and mail generation workflows using Quadient Inspire Designer
• Create new templates, perform major/minor template modifications, and optimize templates for accuracy and efficiency
• Lead migration of forms and applications from legacy systems to Quadient Inspire platforms
• Configure master workflows using Inspire Designer and Inspire Interactive, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards
• Participate in testing, deployment, and support of new enhancements and system upgrades
• Import forms from legacy systems, ensuring seamless integration into Quadient Inspire
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of user design trends, standards, and techniques
• Provide expert guidance on environment setup, tool configuration, and scalability best practices

[Required Skills and Experience]

• Strong expertise in Quadient Inspire (R15/R16): Designer, Interactive, Scaler
• Demonstrated experience with document composition and template management
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Ransack
• Hands-on experience with both packaged software applications and custom-built solutions
• Ability to set up master workflows and optimize document generation processes

[Preferred Skills]

• Java scripting experience highly desirable
• Prior involvement in large-scale migration projects
• Knowledge of enterprise document management best practices
