Information Technology - IT VMO - Full Stack Web Developer III

[Responsibilities]
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications for trading operations
- Collaborate closely with quantitative analysts to deliver high-impact data products and models
- Optimize front-end interfaces for performance, usability, and modern standards
- Build and maintain back-end services and APIs to support complex data flows
- Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and best practices
- Contribute to the development and optimization of data pipelines and databases
- Integrate and deploy solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Monitor and enhance application performance, reliability, and security
[Required Skills and Experience]
- 3+ years full stack software development experience
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React or Angular)
- Strong back-end development with Node.js or Python
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Demonstrated success building high-performance, modern web applications
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced settings
- Analytical thinker with a passion for problem-solving and innovation

- Experience with data modeling and pipeline optimization
- Exposure to Databricks or Snowflake
- Familiarity with web performance tuning and security best practices
- Background in oil & gas trading, financial markets, or quantitative analytics
