Sr. Salesforce Engineer (Service Cloud) – Remote

About the Role

Join our dynamic, fully remote Salesforce team as a Senior Salesforce Engineer, specializing in Service Cloud. We’re seeking two experienced engineers to play a hands-on, strategic role in driving platform innovation, leading migrations, and delivering scalable solutions that power mission-critical business operations. Collaborate with a focused, seven-member Salesforce squad, working on high-impact projects including Classic to Lightning Experience migration and advanced portal integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust, scalable solutions using Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning (Aura), and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Lead platform enhancements and participate in the migration from Salesforce Classic to Lightning Experience

• Design, build, and optimize integrations using MuleSoft with SOAP and REST APIs

• Support and enhance portal migration initiatives and AWS-integrated Salesforce components

• Collaborate closely with the Lead Engineer on architecture and solution design

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across front-end, back-end, and integration layers

• Required Skills and Experience

• 5–7+ years of Salesforce engineering experience with a proven track record

• Deep, hands-on expertise in Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning (Aura and LWC)

• Strong knowledge of the Web-to-Case business process

• Extensive experience integrating Salesforce with MuleSoft (SOAP/REST APIs)

• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab

• Experience working with AWS-integrated Salesforce environments

• Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Voice or AWS telephony integrations

• Background in large enterprise or healthcare environments

• Salesforce certifications (PD1, PD2, Integration certifications)

• Experience with AI tools (Claude, Windsurf)
