[About the Role] Join a dynamic, hybrid team in Charlotte, NC as a .Net Developer focused on driving an impactful merger initiative. You’ll play a key role in enhancing and integrating a proprietary, agent-facing telephony application that bridges call center systems with agent interfaces. This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-impact project, leveraging your .NET expertise while expanding your experience in AI-driven features and telephony systems.

[Responsibilities]

• Design, develop, and maintain a desktop-based telephony application using .NET technologies
• Enhance application capabilities, including call recording, audio/video processing, and transcription features
• Adapt and build user interfaces with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)
• Integrate and support automated summaries, biller connectivity, and AI-powered functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with the acquiring organization’s infrastructure
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal application performance

[Required Skills and Experience]

• Proficiency in C#.NET development
• Recent hands-on experience (within last 3 years) with WPF for desktop applications
• Familiarity with REST APIs and web services
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

[Preferred Skills]

• Experience working with telephony systems or in the telecommunications sector
• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts or technologies
