[About the Role] Join a high-impact enterprise transformation as a Solutions Architect specializing in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). Lead the architecture and implementation of cutting-edge risk control enhancements for a large-scale modernization initiative. Be a trusted subject matter expert, translating complex business goals into scalable, secure, and innovative ServiceNow solutions.

[Responsibilities]

• Lead end-to-end design, architecture, and deployment of ServiceNow IRM and GRC solutions for enterprise-level projects.
• Provide expert guidance on risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring within the ServiceNow platform.
• Translate organizational objectives into robust technical solutions aligned with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
• Mentor, guide, and support technical teams throughout all phases of the IRM implementation lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions align with established architectural standards while driving process optimization and automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

[Required Skills and Experience]

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow IRM experience, with deep exposure to GRC processes.
• 10+ years of professional experience in risk management, GRC, or related fields.
• Proven expertise architecting and delivering large-scale ServiceNow IRM implementations.
• Mastery of key IRM capabilities: Issue Management, Incident Management, Loss Events, Controls Testing, Risk Identification, RCSA, Emerging Risk.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

[Preferred Skills]

• Advanced knowledge of GRC frameworks and leading risk management practices.
• Previous experience in large enterprise transformation projects.
• ServiceNow certifications in IRM or GRC modules.
