DevSecOps Engineer Location: San Antonio, Texas (Remote) Role Overview We are seeking a senior DevSecOps Engineer to support application and infrastructure lifecycle management. This role requires deep Azure experience and will focus on automation, CI/CD pipeline development, and operational reliability. The position involves ensuring scalable, resilient, and efficient systems through the continuous improvement of processes and tooling. Key Responsibilities Support application and infrastructure planning, testing, development, and deployment. Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery. Implement and maintain automation solutions across infrastructure, deployment, and operations. Manage on-call rotations, including incident response, root cause analysis, and remediation. Support Power Platforms; one opening requires heavy D365 experience. Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance through proactive monitoring. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to drive best practices. Required Qualifications Experience: 3-5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles. Deep experience with Azure. Previous experience supporting Power Platforms. Experience with automation, scripting, and CI/CD tools. Familiarity with incident management and monitoring tools. Certifications: Relevant certifications are required (e.g., CDP, CDE, ADSP/ADSOP, CAISP). Preferred Qualifications Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools. Exposure to containerization and orchestration. Knowledge of ITIL processes or formal incident management frameworks. Experience in the oil and gas industry. Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications and environments.
