As a Software Integration Engineer Sr, you’ll drive the entire technology development lifecycle—designing, integrating, and optimizing mission-critical software across advanced aircraft systems, high-fidelity simulators, and blended lab environments. Responsibilities

  • Develop, integrate, and debug advanced software solutions across multiple environments

  • Own, optimize, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable, reproducible builds

  • Engineer and maintain virtual development labs and aircraft-software workflows for agile, user-friendly operations

  • Design and implement automation frameworks using the latest open-source, commercial, and proprietary tools

  • Participate actively in daily scrums, sprint reviews, and technical demos—sharing insights and progress with cross-functional teams

  • Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver high-quality solutions

  • Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM discipline from an accredited institution

  • Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in C++ and Python programming

  • 1-2 years’ experience developing software on Linux (RedHat or SUSE12)

  • Experience with simulation software environments

  • Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency with CI tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Bitbucket

  • Background in real-time software development and integration

  • Experience developing in Java

  • Exposure to aircraft sensors, datalinks, navigation, and weapons systems

  • Familiarity with Open Mission Systems and Digital Twin environments

  • Demonstrated leadership in software projects
