About the Role

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of AEP, Real-Time CDP, and AJO solutions

• Design and manage XDM schemas, including field groups, datatypes, and identity namespaces

• Execute CDP proof-of-concepts, validate segmentation, identity stitching, and ingestion processes

• Integrate data from Snowflake to AEP, ensuring accurate mapping and transformation

• Analyze and troubleshoot data flows across CDP, AJO, and CJA, optimizing for performance and accuracy

• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to translate business requirements into scalable AEP architecture

• Implement RBAC/ABAC governance, sandbox strategies, and multi-LOB data separation

• Oversee schema migrations and environment promotions for seamless deployment cycles

• Required Skills and Experience

• Proven expertise in Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics

• Deep hands-on experience with XDM schema design, profile enablement, segmentation, and identity stitching

• Proficiency with AEP APIs and executing complex data integrations (Snowflake to AEP)

• Knowledge of dbt pipelines (snapshots, incremental loads, transformations)

• Experience in deploying RBAC/ABAC governance and multi-LOB data strategies

• Strong troubleshooting skills for end-to-end data flows and platform integrations

• Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with GitHub and CI/CD deployment practices

• Experience in healthcare domains (Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace)

• Prior work in Agile/Scrum cross-functional teams
