[Responsibilities]
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for test setups and daily process logs
- Set up and execute rate table and vibration testing on accelerometers and related components
- Collaborate with electrical engineers and production managers to troubleshoot and optimize testing strategies
- Conduct final product testing on customer equipment to ensure compliance and functionality before delivery
- Disassemble and clean products post-testing, preparing them for final inspection and shipment
- Validate paperwork and route databases for quality assurance prior to customer delivery
- Support additional production tasks during periods when tests do not require constant observation
[Required Skills and Experience]
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in testing or related technical fields
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Proactive communicator and effective team collaborator
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Access)
[Preferred Skills]
- IPC J-STD-001 certification
- Degree or coursework in electronics or a related discipline
- Hands-on experience in production or test environments
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability
- Knowledge of ESD mitigation and digital multimeter use
