About the Role

Join an innovative, fast-paced team as a Senior AI Engineer, driving hands-on development of AI-enabled applications, integrations, and event-driven solutions for a regulated, enterprise environment. You’ll play a pivotal role in building scalable AI agents, leveraging prompt engineering, and deploying solutions on leading cloud platforms. Collaborate closely with governance, cloud, architecture, and innovation teams to deliver secure, high-impact projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-enabled applications, APIs, and automation solutions.

• Build and maintain agent workflows and implement prompt patterns for varied use cases.

• Create prototypes and reusable components for scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

• Architect secure backend services, cloud APIs, and seamless integrations.

• Develop event-driven flows using Pub/Sub and implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.

• Integrate with enterprise systems while ensuring robust security and compliance.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions rapidly.

• Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.

• 8–12 years’ experience in software engineering.

• Expertise in prompt engineering and AI model integration.

• Proven track record in agentic AI development and testing.

• Proficient in API development and integration.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS), especially GCP Cloud Run.

• Skilled in event-driven architecture (Pub/Sub) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Programming proficiency in at least one: Java, Python, JavaScript.

• Preferred Skills

• Strong full-stack development background (API, backend, UI).

• Experience building AI-enabled applications in regulated environments.

• Familiarity with GCP Vertex AI, Kubernetes, and cloud DevOps practices.

• Ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced settings.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
