Systems Engineer – Moorestown, NJ | Secret Clearance Required

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate complex systems across multiple Linux-based platforms

• Execute software and system testing, including automation and scripting for test procedures

• Define, decompose, and document software requirements specifications and system models

• Collaborate with DevSecOps teams to ensure compliance with system and software requirements

• Facilitate technical discussions between cross-functional and external stakeholders

• Support Agile product development cycles, including participation in CI/CD practices

• Analyze, model, and simulate system performance and readiness solutions for large-scale projects

• Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in systems or software engineering

• Strong proficiency in Linux-based software testing and automation (bash, csh, Python)

• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Level Clearance

• Willingness to work non-standard shifts as needed by the program

• Preferred Skills

• Data science concepts, Python programming for fault/part management

• Experience with interface design document message updates

• Familiarity with requirements development tools (DOORS, SysML/UML, Cameo, MagicDraw, IBM Rhapsody)

• Experience in test automation (Robot Framework)

• Knowledge of Agile, DevSecOps, and CI/CD environments

• Strong teamwork, communication, and presentation skills
