Job Summary: Microsoft Purview Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Contract

[Responsibilities]

• Lead deployment, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Purview for enterprise data governance.
• Advise stakeholders on best practices for data classification, labeling, and loss prevention.
• Develop and implement data security protocols to mitigate data loss risks.
• Provide expert guidance and hands-on support for compliance with regulatory and organizational data policies.
• Design and deliver training sessions to build internal Purview competency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to assess current data management processes and recommend improvements.
• Serve as primary point of contact for all Purview-related questions and escalations.

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Purview deployment, administration, and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise-level data governance and data loss prevention.
• Strong background in data labeling, classification, and compliance controls.
