About the Role

Join our dynamic engineering team as a Tech 2, Packaging Engineering Lab Technician. You’ll play a crucial part in supporting daily test lab activities, equipment qualification, and test method validation. Responsibilities

• Execute moderately complex engineering tests for design verification, stability, feasibility, and test method development

• Support equipment qualification processes (IQ, OQ) and test method validation (TMV) initiatives

• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot lab equipment and testing fixtures

• Coordinate and supervise environmental chamber operations and aging programs

• Lead or coordinate test requests upon supervisor’s direction

• Ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practice (GDP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)

• Assist in creating tools to simplify and improve lab processes

• Review and support test requests to ensure accurate completion

• Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to resolve testing issues

• Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a technical lab environment

• Proficiency in bench-level engineering testing and troubleshooting

• Familiarity with equipment maintenance and calibration

• Understanding of GDP, GLP, and EHS requirements

• Strong attention to detail and documentation practices

• Ability to work with moderate supervision and manage multiple priorities

• Preferred Skills

• Experience with environmental chamber supervision

• Aging program coordination expertise

• Tool and fixture design exposure

• Process improvement or test procedure maintenance experience
